Born on 9th. December, 1945 in undivided India. Graduated in Civil Engineering from IIT – Kharagpur in 1967 and obtained PG Degree in 1969. Worked as a lecturer in Transportation Engineering, a Research Scientist and finally a Consultant. Have very large number of projects in relevant areas to my credit. Most of the plans have been implemented. |
